Recycling Advisory Committee

Our Purpose

The Town of North Elba's Recycling Advisory Committee consists of community members who share a common interest in developing the Town of North Elba and surrounding areas into a more localized, sustainable and environmentally just region.

The goal of the Recycling Advisory Committee is to increase the overall rate of recycling in the Town of North Elba through education and increased ease and availablity.

Meetings are open to the public and scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month. The meetings are held in the first floor meeting room at the town hall in Lake Placid at 4pm.
