As a department of the Town of North Elba, the Park District is in charge of the day to day operations of all of the recreational facilities and programs belonging to the Town. These include Craig Wood Golf Course, the North Elba Show Grounds and The Lake Placid Toboggan Chute, as well as others. The Park District is also responsible for the organization and operations of such programs as the Lake Placid Half Marathon, and the summer youth program. For more information please click below.
