In March of 2010 the United States Census Bureau is distributing questionnaires to every household in the country. All residents in the United States must be counted.
A census has been taken since 1790, as mandated by our constitution to apportion seats in the House of Representatives. The Census information collected helps to determine how $400 billion annually is allocated across the country for neighborhood improvements, public health, education, and transportation.
