Excellus health insurance (open enrollment is in December of each year for a January renewal); new employees may enroll effective the first day of the month following date of hire (for example, if you are hired on May 15th, enrollment becomes effective June 1st.  You may enroll at any time if you experience a qualifying event. Contact the Budget Officer for more information.
